TEAM LEADER, RESILIENT REGIONS
Terressa is an experienced Team Leader with a Certificate in Human Resources and an undergraduate degree in Community Services. Having lived and worked in Roxby Downs for many years, she understands the local context and is committed to supporting the wellbeing and resilience of the local community. Terressa’s leadership is enriched by her commitment to continual learning, backed by her exceptional communication and networking skills. Terressa's expertise spans fostering effective workplace relationships, community engagement, adept marketing, and strategic planning. She holds a Certificate of Engagement with IAP2 Australasia. Terressa is the Team Leader for the Community Hub.

Keely Hughes
COMMUNITY HUB COORDINATOR
Keely holds a Bachelor's degree in Physical Education and has qualifications in mental health first aid. She has work experience in well-being, inclusion, and event management. Originally from Dunedin, New Zealand, Keely relocated to Roxby Downs with her partner and is excited to be involved in the vibrant community here. She is passionate about seeing people flourish and bringing people together to share their stories and experiences. As Hub Coordinator, Keely oversees our customer service, manages Hub feedback and/or complaints, rostering of casual staff, bookings management and event planning and coordination

Kyeesha Rynne
EVENTS & MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR
Kyeesha completed her traineeship in a Certificate 3 in Business at the Community Hub. Having grown up in Roxby Downs, she has a deep connection to the local community. Kyeesha’s part-time role is about bringing creativity to the Hub through our venue design, online marketing and event communications and marketing. involved in event organising and management, having taken the lead on events like The Biggest Morning Tea and Harmony Day. She manages our social media and online engagement and assists in customer service during Hub Time when needed.

Sally Modystach
HEALTHY ENVIRONS DIRECTOR AND PARTNERSHIP MANAGER
Sally has more than twenty years of experience spanning the environmental, health and wellbeing and community development fields. She holds a Masters in Public Health and has wide-ranging experience in policy development, community engagement and co-design. She is driven to work with governments and businesses to support healthy and resilient communities. She’s had the privilege of working with many remote communities across Australia and is passionate about delivering positive health and social outcomes for rural people.

Caroline Fuentes
HEALTH, SAFETY, ENVIRONMENT AND QUALITY COORDINATOR
Caroline is an experienced community health practitioner and aged care and has an eye for detail in promoting Caroline heads our Adelaide team and part of her role involves overseeing our corporate quality and risk management frameworks. Caroline is guiding the Hub team in gaining accreditation against the Australian Service Excellence Standards (ASES) for the Roxby Hub.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR
Kirsten is experienced in office administration, facilities management and bookkeeping. She is committed to business systems that drive service efficiencies. Kirsten supports the community hub with banking, invoicing, supplier payments and general administration.
